Place on an oven safe pan, and into a preheated 375°F Oven, covered with foil, for around 6 minutes, and then uncovered to finish for 3-4 minutes until 165°F internal temperature.
Cook on high for about 4 minutes, without lid, until 165°F internal temperature - 30 second pulse as needed.
