Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients: salmon, sea salt, black pepper, Tajin seasoning, brown sugar, cumin.

Heating Instructions:

Place on an oven safe pan, and into a preheated 375°F Oven, uncovered, for around 8 minutes, until just crispy on edges and 165°F internal temperature.

Cook on high for about 4 minutes, without lid, until 165°F internal temperature - 30 second pulse as needed.

Leftovers? Make a cream cheese, chive, salmon dip, flake over a butter lettuce salad, make salmon and avocado sushi or make salmon burgers with veggies, breadcrumbs and an egg!
