Charred Vegetable Skewers (gf, vegan)
INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, onions, squash, lemon, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, ginger, cloves.
Heating Instructions:
OVEN
Place in an oven safe pan into a preheated 350°F oven, covered for 4 minutes. Check the internal temperature, cover again, remove once an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
MICROWAVE
Cook on high in the original container with lid vented for 1 minute. Check the internal temperature, continue microwaving at 30 second intervals until the food has an internal temperature of 165°F.
