Crispy Herb-Breaded Chicken
Ingredients: Springer Farms chicken breast and thigh, eggs, rice flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Kikkoman gluten-free panko crumbs: (rice flour, pea protein, dextrose).
Place on an oven safe pan, and into a preheated 375°F Oven, uncovered, for around 9 minutes, until just golden on edges and 165°F internal temperature.
Cook on high for about 4 minutes, without lid, until 165°F internal temperature - 30 second pulse as needed.
Leftovers? Make a cold fried chicken salad sandwich, add as chicken “croutons” to a salad, put on top of a waffle, make some crunchy tacos - or get CRAZY - put it on ice cream!
