Four Cheese Sauce (veg)

INGREDIENTS: Whole milk, heavy cream, onion, garlic, Monterey Jack cheese, white cheddar: (cultured milk, salt, enzymes ), havarti: (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto), gruyere: (cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), salt, black pepper, unsalted butter, flour.


Heating Instructions:

STOVE TOP
Place in a small saute pan, and cook over a medium-low heat, stirring constantly for around 4 minutes until hot, yummy and just slightly bubbling and registering a temperature of 165°F.

MICROWAVE (recommended)
Cook on high in original container without lid for about 1 minute at a time, stirring at 30 second intervals. Heat until it registers an internal temperature of 165°F (add 30 seconds as needed).
