Grilled Chipotle Chicken Thighs (gf)


INGREDIENTS: Springer Farms boneless skinless chicken thighs, chipotle adobo, garlic, cumin, lemon, onion, canola oil, salt, pepper. Persuvian Garlic Aji Sauce - Cilantro, parsley, green onion, lemon , lime, garlic, vegan mayo, jalapeno, salt, pepper.

Heating Instructions:

Place in an oven safe pan into a preheated 350°F oven, covered for 4 minutes. Check the internal temperature, cover again, remove once an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.              

Cook on high in the original container with lid vented for 1 minute. Check the internal temperature, continue microwaving at 30 second intervals until the food has an internal temperature of 165°F.

Leftovers? Use the cold chipolte chicken to make a taco salad using the salsa and lime crema for the dressing and the tortilla chips for a crunchy topper.
