Ripper Dog with Brioche Bun

Ingredients: Shwartz all-beef hot dog: (beef, water, contains 2% or less of: salt, dextrose, corn syrup, spices, sugar, paprika, sodium phosphate, onion powder, garlic powder, natural flavors, sodium erythrosorbate, sodium nitrate), bun: (enriched unbleached wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, vital wheat gluten, nonfat dry milk).

Heating Instructions:

Place on an oven safe pan and into a preheated 375°F oven, uncovered, for around 4 minutes until just crispy on edges and it registers an internal temperature of 165°F.

Cook on high for about 2 1/2 minutes, without lid, until it registers an internal temperature of 165°F (add 30 seconds as needed).
