Tender Roasted Chicken Breast
Ingredients: Mary’s chicken breast, olive oil, garlic, shallots, capers, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, lemon zest, red wine vinegar, oregano, sea salt, pepper.
Place on an oven safe pan, and into a preheated 375°F Oven, uncovered, for around 9 minutes, until just golden on edges and 165°F internal temperature.
Cook on high for about 4 minutes, without lid, until 165°F internal temperature - 30 second pulse as needed.
Leftovers? Shred it on a salad, heat it up in a soup, make into a fresh chicken salad or add to a chicken quesadilla!
