Founded by Erin Aliaga and Cameron Hecht, Drops of Dough is a company after our own hearts. Not only do they source the highest-quality ingredients and eco-friendly packaging, but they’re also devoted to giving back to the community. We’re delighted to launch this partnership and to bring you our latest dessert so you can create your own Bake At Home Cookies using their award-winning dough.

Tell us a bit about yourselves. 

Erin had been working to perfect a cookie recipe for almost 35 years of her life. In 2019, Drops of Dough, LLC was born. Erin was already a philanthropist and entrepreneur at heart – donating proceeds to fund pediatric cancer research. This is what drew me to start our business together.

What inspired you to start the Drops of Dough business together?

We have been friends for 20+ years so starting the business from the ground up together was an easy decision. Simply tasting Erin’s cookie creations was convincing enough! Nevertheless, her passion, and motivation to succeed was inspirational and we knew that we would become great business partners. 

What makes Drops of Dough unique and stand out from other popular cookie brands?

What makes us so unique is the quality of our cookies. We don’t know anyone else who has been working on a cookie recipe for 35+ years that was intended to be the BEST cookie out there. Truly, all those decades of hard work, consistency, and perseverance baking the perfect cookie in a small kitchen make us stand out from other brands. 

What do you enjoy most about what you do? 

People have shown us that they love our cookies and come back wanting more! Our consumer base is growing each day and knowing that our quality handmade cookies are making it to people’s homes across the nation just brings joy and warmth to our hearts. 

Similar to Dinnerbell, Drops of Dough is focused on supporting the community and local Bay Area Peninsula. Can you please share a bit about your commitment to giving back? 

Five percent of our sales are donated to pediatric cancer research by offering the highest quality frozen cookie dough and ice cream sandwiches on the market.

Drops of Dough also prioritizes sustainability and being earth-friendly. Can you talk more about your dedication to going green?

We use environmentally friendly packaging; 98% of Drops of Dough packaging is recyclable or biodegradable. 

What are some of your favorite cookies and desserts on your menu? 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Ice Cream Sandwiches are our favorites!

What excites you about partnering with Dinnerbell?

We are a family-oriented team and the idea that we can provide a dessert pairing to dinner deliveries makes our partnership that much stronger.
