It’s our goal to inspire connection – both at the dinner table and in the community. From how we interact with our customers, to how we support local businesses, to how we impact the environment, Dinnerbell strives to leave the world a better place.
Food You Can Feel Good About
Dinnerbell’s classic homestyle dinner delivery service was created by busy parents for busy parents. Dinnerbell solves dinner dilemmas by giving parents in our community a way to serve their families food they can feel good about. The Dinnerbell Menu is rooted in homestyle classics the whole family will love. Plus, with little to no prep required, we give parents back much-needed time to spend with family. To help make mealtime even more memorable, check out our weekly conversation starters.
To ensure we’re meeting your family’s expectations, we take customer feedback to heart. Please share your Dinnerbell experience by contacting customer service at [email protected]. We’d love to hear from you!
Partnering With Local Restaurants and Chefs
Based in the Bay Area, we are fortunate to have access to many great local producers. We source from them as much as possible to provide your family with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Our menu is crafted by CateredToo, our inspiring culinary partner in East Palo Alto. Dinnerbell also seeks out local restaurants and chefs to keep our menu fresh with a taste of what the Bay area has to offer. For instance, we partnered with Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning Pausa Bar & Cookery in San Mateo to serve up a real family pleaser – made-from-scratch pizzas! In addition, we hire cooks and delivery drivers within the area and pay them a living wage.
Building a Greener Future Together
At Dinnerbell, we care about making an impact on the community, as well as the environment. To help reduce packaging waste and pollution, it’s important for us to utilize earth-friendly packaging that is compostable, recyclable, and reusable. Meals come delivered in insulated bags that can be repurposed for trips to the grocery store or farmers’ market. Once sealing stickers are removed, the container bottoms, lids, and paper wrappings from bread products are compostable.
